It was a difficult and challenging year for everyone, some people took advantage of this year to challenge themselves to do new things and find new hobbies.
As with most people, the psychological impact of starting a new year is particularly attractive after uncertainty.
Last year, at this time, it is doubtful that any of us would have readily agreed to all the challenges that the new year, 2020, would bring. We were faced with creating and adapting to new ways of learning, working and living our lives amid stressful factors that we have never experienced before. But, despite all the difficulties that the new year brought, 2020 also provided a unique opportunity for reflection. Its lessons are many.
